Leadership Team
David Q. Thomas, MBA, Founder & Chief Executive Officer -David provides the strategic vision and logistical infrastructure for the foundation. With a background in business and current advanced studies in Organizational Leadership and Data Analytics at Excelsior University, he ensures that every foundation initiative is executed with precision and measurable impact.
Henry Osei, Chief Operating Officer – Henry leads the operational scaling of the foundation’s advocacy services. Utilizing his expertise in data analytics from the University of Maryland, he ensures our community outreach is personalized and effective. Henry is dedicated to building the strategic partnerships essential to meeting our community health goals.
Kimberly Wilkerson, MD Candidate, Health Advocacy Officer – As a graduating medical student specializing in Internal Medicine, Kimberly bridges the gap between complex clinical information and patient understanding. She oversees the foundation’s health literacy initiatives, ensuring that every resource we provide is medically sound and easy for families to navigate.
